Processing & Delivery

All orders are automatically processed immediately upon confirmation. Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing your Geario™ CarPlay Screen for shipment right away.

Returns & Refunds

Return Process

Returning your product is easy and completely free:

• Step 1: Contact our support team at support@geariohub.com within 30 days of receiving your product
• Step 2: We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
• Step 3: Pack your Geario™ CarPlay Screen securely and attach the prepaid label
• Step 4: Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location

No Conditions Required

We believe in keeping returns simple. If you don't enjoy your product within 30 days of receiving it, you can return it—no complicated conditions or requirements.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned product, we'll process your refund promptly. Your money will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days of our receipt of the item.

Exchanges
